Living a healthy lifestyle and being a role model for our children is one of the keys to success. Lets be honest, we all need our health and working out to boost serotonin levels, doesn’t hurt either! It takes a lot of energy to raise a family and living a healthy lifestyle will make the process much easier. In this section I hope to provide some healthy eating tips, work out tips (for busy moms) and overall ways to improve the flow and energy in the family.
